The next EP1 HOA AGM (annual meeting) is set for Monday, December 10th @ 7pm at 105 Market Street, Room 2. Immediately following the AGM there will be a short Board meeting to elect officers for the new year. This meeting & all meetings of EP1 HOA are open to the public. Questions? American Home Services will be at Edgewater Place 1 on Saturday, May 12th starting at 10am to clean dryer ducts. They have agreed to charge $33 per unit. Homeowners will need to be home since they will need access to your unit. Also, all homeowners will be responsible for directly paying American Home Services.
You may call American Home Services at 919-996-9643 with any questions or if you would like to schedule a specific time between 10am and 4pm on Saturday, May 12th. Again, you will need to pay American Home Services directly for this important service.
