Sparrow & Sons will come out one final time on Monday, July 11th to replace the main water shutoff valves that have not yet been replaced. This is at no cost to the owner. The EP1 HOA Board of Directors requests that you take the necessary measures to ensure access to your unit.
Please note that water will be turned off in all buildings starting at 8:30am on July 11, 2016. If access is not provided on that day, Edgewater Place 1 HOA will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the failure of these valves. Thank you for helping us to make these crucial changes.
