The EP1 HOA Board of Directors have set dues for 2017 (starting 1/1/17) at $260 per unit per month. This is an increase of $10 per unit per month from 2016 levels. The EP1 HOA Board of Directors will be sending more information out about this in the AGM Packet, set to go in the mail the first week in November.
