FLSA will be back to inspect the units that were not accessible during the first inspection on Monday, February 12th from 8am until 9:30am. The horns will sound during this time.

At night’s EP1 HOA AGM (annual meeting) 9 members were there in person or by proxy (quorum is 6). The main business of the AGM was to elect 3 Board of Directors to each serve 1 year terms (specifically until the 2019 AGM). The membership elected Elizabeth dePrater, Alice Bordsen & Joe Galanko. The meeting started at 7pm & ended at 8:30pm.
Immediately after the AGM, the Board of Directors stayed to meet & elect Board officers. Elizabeth will be the President, Joe the Treasurer & Alice the Secretary. The Board agreed to meet informally during the days ahead to discuss 2018 strategy. After those discussions they will lay out a meeting schedule for 2018.

FLSA will be on site on Friday, January 12, 2018 to conduct the annual inspection of the fire alarm system and will be sounding the alarms during that time. The 2018 dues for EP1 HOA will be $260 per unit per month.
Also, there will be a special assessment of $625 per unit due March 1, 2018.
The Edgewater Place 1 HOA Annual General Membership (AGM) meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 22, 2018 at 7pm at 101 Market Street in Southern Village. As always, this meeting and all meetings of EP1 HOA are open to the public.

At last night’s Board meeting Alice Bordsen was appointed to fill the rest of Doug Brower’s term, as he has resigned his position (as he sold his residence and has moved away). Alice will also serve as the EP1 HOA Treasurer for the rest of 2017.
