The EP1 HOA Board of Directors approved a special assessment of $500 per unit due March 1, 2017. Billing for this special assessment will be mailed in early January.

At last night’s AGM (annual meeting) 7 members were there in person (quorum is 6). The main business of the AGM was to elect 3 Board of Directors to each serve 1 year terms (specifically until the 2017 AGM). The membership elected Elizabeth dePrater, Doug Brower & Joe Galanko. The meeting started at 7pm & ended at 8pm.
Immediately after the AGM, the Board of Directors stayed to meet & elect Board officers. Joe will be the President, Doug the Treasurer & Elizabeth the Secretary. The Board agreed to meet informally during the holidays to better get to know one another & to discuss 2017 strategy. After those discussions they will lay out a meeting schedule for 2017.

The EP1 HOA Board of Directors have set dues for 2017 (starting 1/1/17) at $260 per unit per month. This is an increase of $10 per unit per month from 2016 levels. The EP1 HOA Board of Directors will be sending more information out about this in the AGM Packet, set to go in the mail the first week in November.
